Whenever the Division, in consultation with the County Social Service Agency and Human Service Center staff, determines that a provider holding an unrestricted and current license for Adult Family Foster Care is not in compliance with state statute, rules, or policies, a notice of denial or revocation, or a correction order must be issued.
The Correction Order will be sent to the provider by the Human Service Center after review and consultation with the Division. A copy of the Correction Order will be sent to the County Social Service Agency and the Division.
